PDFFiller
I like PDFFiller because it's easy to work between my Android phone and my computer. It's also extremely easy to email myself documents, reports, pay stubs whatever so that I can update them, edit them or have others sign off on them.
At times the program lags behind but overall well worth the wait.

PDFfiller fills out pdf file with e-sign perfectly helpful!
PDFfiller is useful enough if you know how to use it properly. This is utilized in our company for signing in our timesheet and it helps me to become more productive. In just a second I can automatically attach my e-signature.
In our company, we need to electronically sign in our time sheet every week and PDFfiller is one of the most useful online softwares that our company is using that can be shared anytime and anywhere. Using this software, I can easily attached my e-signature and I can easily submit the required document needed to process my payroll. Sharing the pdf is as easy as including the email of the persons whom you want to share your file. Using this software, I became empowered in the sense that I can do multiple jobs simultaneously while I am on the go with my work.
If you are not familiar with how pdf works, it is hard to use the advanced functionalities of this software. As a new user, you need to spend time navigating the useful features of PDFfiller. I also encountered an issue in converting pdf to word-document format.

How do I convert a PDF to a PDF file x1a?
Select the tools bar.
Locate the Print and production tab, expand it and open Preflight.
Once Preflight has been opened, select tab “PDF/X Compliance”
Select “Convert to PDF/X-1a (STOP)”
How do I convert a PDF file to a PDF file?
Open a PDF file that you wish to conform to PDF/A.
Choose File> Save As> More Options> PDF/A. Note: You can also choose File>Save As>PDF, then choose PDF/A from the Save As Type menu.
The Save As Window appears.
The Preflight window appears.
Click OK again to save and conform the file.
What is a PDF x1a?
PDF/X is a special subsidy standard that meets ISO standards. All details and specific information required for print production is embedded into the graphic file. For instance, PDF/X-1A requires all fonts to be embedded and images to be designated as CMYK or spot colors.
How do you tell if a PDF is x1a?
In the Tools' pane you open the Print Production panel and select Preflight. If the Print Production panel is not active, you will activate it using the tiny little button in the upper right corner of the Tools pane. When the preflight profiles have loaded, there is a section PDF/A compliance.
