How to Use the PDF Application Change Feature

The PDF Application Change feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily switch between different PDF applications to edit your documents. Follow these simple steps to make the most of this feature:

Open the pdfFiller website or app and log in to your account.

Upload the PDF document you want to edit by clicking on the 'Upload' button.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Edit' button to open it in the pdfFiller editor.

In the editor, you will see a toolbar at the top of the page. Click on the 'Application Change' button, which looks like a computer screen with an arrow pointing to it.

A dropdown menu will appear, showing you a list of available PDF applications. Select the application you want to use from the list.

Once you select the application, the document will automatically open in the chosen PDF application.

You can now make any necessary changes or edits to the document using the features and tools provided by the selected PDF application.

After you have made the desired changes, save the document by clicking on the 'Save' button in the PDF application.

The edited document will be automatically saved in your pdfFiller account. You can access it anytime by going to the 'My Documents' section.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page. Select your PDF file. Click Open. Enter the user password. Click UNLOCK. Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
Open the Secured PDF. Launch PDF element on your computer. Edit Protected PDF. Click the “Edit” > “Edit Text or Image” button, then you can start to edit the content or insert new text and change font size, color, and more.
Here is a solution: If you need to delete a page from a document, just do “Print” and then “Save As PDF” (depending on your platform). You should be able to remove any pages like that and have an “unsecured” PDF document where you can delete and rearrange as needed.
