All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode, All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,but you hide it took me almost 30 minutes to find this.And almost get out from this site..if you see i'm uploading a PDF file, suggest me the rewrite mode from within the Preview mode, (or on right click on the document - with the remove to trash and all the other options)

Click the File > Print menu. Choose the ScanS oft PDF Create! Printer. On the same dialog, on the Print What field, choose Document showing Markup. Click Print. Assign the file a name and click Save.
To help you do this you can set Word to always display tracked changes when you open a document. Select Tools Options and click the Security tab. Tick the option Make hidden markup visible when opening or saving. Another option is to have Word warn you before you print or save a file that contains tracked changes.
While it used to be complicated to save a Word document without markup, the 2016 Microsoft Office suite makes the process simple. Click the “Review” tab in the menu above the document to begin the process and select the “Track Changes” button in the Review mode menu to turn off tracking.
