I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available. I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

Creating fillable pdfs has never been better PDF filler has been extremely benefitial for me, I has allowed me to go almost completely paperless, and this has had a great impact for my business since paper cost is extremely high in my country. I love PDFfiller, it is a great software for creating fillable PDF forms and this has allowed me to go almost paperless in my office, I just create the forms, send them to my patients and they send them back and that is it. At first it can be somewhat complicated to use, I believe that it has a steep learning curve, but once you get the hang of it is just a great software.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Just about every document which needs to be notarized in the paper world can be electronically notarized online on the Notarize platform. There are a few exceptions, so see below. In an online notarization, both you and the notary electronically sign the notarized document.
The difference with an electronic notarization is that the document being notarized is in electronic, or digital form, and the Notary will sign the document electronically (see Electronic Signatures above) to complete the notarization. Electronic notarizations are still relatively uncommon.
Documents notarized on the Notarize platform are electronically signed by the signer(s) and our notary. Just about every document which needs to be notarized in the paper world can be electronically notarized online on the Notarize platform.
An eNotary is a Notary Public who notarizes documents electronically. Electronic notarization is a process whereby a notary affixes an electronic signature and notary seal using a secure Public key to an electronic document (such as a PDF or Word document).
A photocopy or fax may be notarized, but only if it bears an original signature. That is, the copy must have been signed with pen and ink. A photocopied or faxed signature may never be notarized. When carbon copies are made, the Notary will sometimes be asked to conform rather than to notarize the copies.
