In the search bar, type in the name or a keyword related to the tool you're looking for. For example, if you're looking for the 'Merge' tool, simply type 'merge' in the search bar.

As you type, the search feature will automatically suggest relevant tools based on your input. You can click on any of the suggested tools to directly access them.

If you don't see the tool you're looking for in the suggestions, press Enter or click on the 'Search' button to see a full list of matching tools.

Once you've found the desired tool, click on it to open it and start using it for your PDF editing needs.

Can you make a PDF searchable?

When a document is converted to or created as a PDF document, the content is not automatically searchable. Even if a PDF has been scanned and saved as an image, the text may be made searchable by applying the optical character recognition, or OCR, text-recognizing function and saving the document.
