I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! After this horrible experience SUPPORT STAFF was able to assist me in accessing the necessary document and getting it filled out to me the deadline. SUPPORT STAFF is very knowledgeable and were able to resolve the problem quickly!!! Count me a happy customer!!!

I like that we can search the internet for fillable forms. I also like that we can email and fax right from pdffiller

The only issue I have had is when using the iPad or iPhone version. The dates become messed up for some reason. Very simple to fix once I’m back in a computer though.

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. Finally! A way for me to fill things out properly without printing!
