Open the document you want to add a countersignature to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Countersignature' button in the toolbar.

A pop-up window will appear. Click on the 'Add Countersignature' button.

Select the location where you want to add the countersignature by clicking on the document.

A countersignature field will be added to the document. You can resize and reposition it as needed.

Click on the countersignature field to customize it. You can change the name, title, and date format.

Once you're done customizing the countersignature field, click outside the field to save the changes.
