Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

The Populate E-Signature Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily fill out and sign forms electronically. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the pdfFiller website or open the pdfFiller app on your device.

Upload the form you want to fill out and sign. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button and selecting the file from your computer or by choosing a document from your cloud storage.

great except when i want to email something sometimes the other party can't view it as a pdf. i dont get why. I want an option to save my new document in my own hard drive but can't figure out how to other than emailing it to myself. add that option or help me find it.
