I love PDF filler overall. It is a little cumbersome for my purposes because I'm printing out documents for patients while they are seated in front of me. The pages take time to load. Can you restrict a PDF from being printed?
The “Permissions” setting controls restrictions that can be placed on the PDF file. To prevent printing of a PDF file, uncheck the “Allow the document to be printed” option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled or when a user password is set.
How do I stop my PDF from being shared?
Protecting PDF files with Safeguard is very simple. Right-click on your PDF files, then in Safeguard Secure PDF Writer, choose the PDF protection options: Stop printing, allow printing or limit the number of prints. Add dynamic watermarks to viewed and or printed pages.
