Select the worksheet that contains the comments that you want to print, then do one of the following: On the File menu, click Page Setup. Select the Sheet tab. In the Comments box, choose either At end of sheet or As displayed on sheet. Click Print.
Choose the Page Setup option from the File menu. Excel displays the Page Setup dialog box. Make sure the Sheet tab is selected. (See Figure 1.) Use the Comments drop-down list to specify how you want your comments printed. Click on OK to close the Page Setup dialog box. Print your worksheet as normal.
Show specific comments or all comments. On the Excel Ribbon, click the Page Layout tab. In the Page Setup section, click the Dialog Launcher at the bottom right. On the Sheet tab, from the Comments dropdown, choose 'As displayed on sheet'. Click Ok. Choose File|Print (or click the Print button)
Open your table in Excel, go to the Review tab and click on the Show All Comments option. Go to the Page Layout tab and click on the Print Titles icon. You will see the Page Setup window. Press the Print button to preview the page.
Click the Review tab. Select the Show All Comments option. Click the Page Layout tab. Click the Page Setup button. Select the Sheet tab. Click the Comments dropdown menu. Choose the As displayed on sheet option, then click OK.
Open a document that has comments. If the comments option doesn't show immediately, go to Review > Show Markup, and select only Comments from the list. Click File > Print. Under Settings, select Print Markup. Click Print. Your document will print with comments.
Choose File > Print. In the Print dialog box, click the Summarize Comments button. Choose a layout and other options as needed. Click Print Comment Summary. In the Print dialog box, click OK or Print.
