Click the [Page Layout] tab > In the "Page Setup" group, click [Print Titles]. Under the [Sheet] tab, in the "Rows to repeat at top" field, click the spreadsheet icon. Click and select the row you wish to appear at the top of every page. Press the [Enter] key, then click [OK].
Select the header row or rows that you want to repeat on each page. The selection must include the first row of the table. Under Table Tools, on the Layout tab, in the Data group, click Repeat Header Rows.
Select the first document. Choose the Header and Footer option from the View menu. Use the controls in the dialog box to display the header or footer you want to copy. Select all the elements (text and graphics) in the header or footer. Press Ctrl+C. Select the second document.
Step 1: Open your document in Word 2013. Step 2: Click inside the header row of the table for which you wish to print the header row at the top of each page. Step 3: Click the Layout tab under Table Tools at the top of the window. Step 4: Click the Repeat Header Rows button in the Data section of the ribbon.
Right-click the table, and then click Table Properties. In the "Table Properties" dialog box, click the Row tab. In the "Options" group, make sure Repeat as header row at the top of each page is checked. Uncheck the box next to Allow row to break across pages.
Open the worksheet you need to repeat rows on top except the last page, then press Alt + F11 keys simultaneously to open the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications window.
Click Page Layout > Print Titles. In the Page Setup dialog box, click the button in the Rows to repeat at top box to select the row you need to repeat at top of every printed pages, and then click the OK button.
it is correct that one can not make the change directly at print preview>page setup. One has to go back to the working document, select "page layout", "sheet options", enlarge the options by clicking the small arrow at the bottom right corner. Under "rows to repeat at top", enter the row that one needs to repeat.
