The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

It works well overall It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database. The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

PDF ****** provides a useful service that was difficult to find on other platforms. It does require providing payment info when you sign up for the free trial, but their customer service was extremely polite and helpful when I needed to cancel and get the charge refunded. **** helped me, and if I was in a position to need their service for my job or personal life, I would absolutely renew my subscription.

Enable options that prevent copying, printing, or editing unless authorized. Additionally, educate your team on recognizing phishing attacks to avoid unauthorized access. By incorporating these practices, you will not only protect PDFs but also enhance your document automation processes fundamentally for SMEs and remote professionals.
Yes, you can apply PDF security settings using pdfFiller without changing the layout or design of the document. When you set restrictions on printing and copying, the integrity of your document’s appearance remains intact. Using our interface, access the security options without modifying the actual content. This functionality is particularly valuable for legal teams and SMEs needing to maintain consistent document presentations while securing sensitive information. Always check the document preview after applying security settings to ensure that it looks as intended.
When security settings are modified for PDFs on a server, those changes apply immediately, affecting all users who access the document. This means that permissions for copying and printing will be updated in real-time for anyone using the document thereafter.
