Protect Text Bulletin: make editing documents online a breeze
The Portable Document Format or PDF is a standard file format used in business, thanks to the availability. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they'll be readable similarly. PDFs will appear the same, whether you open it on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or use a phone.
The next point is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any personal data with them from person to person. That’s why it’s important to find a secure editor, especially when working online. Particular platforms give you access to an opening history to track down those who read or completed the document before without your notice.
pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, edit, sign, and send your PDFs using just one browser tab. Thanks to the numerous integrations with the most popular CRM programs, you can upload a data from any system and continue where you left off. Use the finished document for personal needs or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when someone opens and completes it.
Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Change a page order. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Ask other users to complete the document. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.
