It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To qualify as an enforceable electronic signature, there must be evidence of the signer's intent to execute or accept the agreement. This is typically accomplished by requiring the signer to take affirmative action, like typing their name or drawing their signature using a mouse or touchscreen.
How does electronic signature verification work? Electronic signatures are verified by encryption, which is built around public and private keys. Each public and private key is like a partnership: they're both generated at the same time and are linked upon their inception.
Since an eSignature is made electronically, whether on your computer or mobile phone, your device records information like the date, time, location, and IP address at the time of signing. This data provides a positive determination that the signature belongs to and was executed by the signee.
A few common electronic signature examples include: Agreeing to the terms of an online subscription. Signing your e-filed tax return. Including your typed name at the bottom of an email.
signatures can be verified with the Certification of Completion for a document. Please refer to the following guide to the Certificate of Completion. Note: The Sender has ongoing access to the Certificate of Completion and can produce it upon request if it is not included in the original submission.
