Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

I used the *** filler and editing program for about a year. It was great and easy to use on a daily basis! Unfortunately, I no longer need to use this program since I have changed jobs. I was not able to access my account in order to cancel my subscription. But, the customer support team was very responsive and helpful. They helped me cancel my subscription on the same day that I submitted the request. Excellent service! Thank you!

A helpful tip is to save your document as a PDF after these adjustments, as PDFs often have smaller file sizes while maintaining quality.

Additionally, avoid using excessively detailed styles and backgrounds, and limit the use of unnecessary tables and diagrams. A practical tip is to convert complex charts into images, reducing their size effectively. This approach not only helps in achieving the target of 120 kb but also keeps your files streamlined.
Common pitfalls when reducing a Word file size include overusing high-resolution images, retaining unnecessary revisions, and ignoring the impact of document properties. Using large images instead of compressed formats can significantly inflate file sizes. To avoid these errors, regularly check file size as you edit, and use Word's built-in 'Document Inspector' feature to remove metadata before finalizing. Aim for a balanced approach that keeps your file under 120 kb while preserving essential content.

Converting a Word document to a PDF can assist in managing the file size more effectively due to the PDF format's inherent compression features.
