I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! How do I remove a page from a locked PDF?
Here is a solution: If you need to delete a page from a document, just do “Print” and then “Save As PDF” (depending on your platform). You should be able to remove any pages like that and have an “unsecured” PDF document where you can delete and rearrange as needed.
How can I open a password-protected PDF?
After uploading the PDF file, right-click the PDF to choose the “Open with” > “Google Docs” option, and then it will prompt a window to ask for the permission password. So enter the correct password in the new window.

What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.
