Open and edit a file directly in Teams on the desktop or, if you prefer, quickly access the file's desktop or web app to make your changes there. Note: Non-Office files must be edited in their corresponding apps and then uploaded to Teams again.
Go to File > Open. Find the PDF, and open it (you might have to select Browse and find the PDF in a folder). Word tells you that it's going to make a copy of the PDF and convert its contents into a format that Word can display. The original PDF won't be changed at all. Select OK.
3In the Content Editing section of the Tools Pane, click on Edit Text & Images. Acrobat will then set up your PDF content to be edited by placing text boxes around the text and images in your file.
