I like having this resource as an option. I like that it offers a clean, crisp look for documents. The forms or finished forms look very neat when they are typed. It seems like a great option for persons to use when their handwriting is not legible. The words do not stay within the lines. I used the software recently and the office manager had to retype the form because the words did not fit.

Consumers who receive spoofed calls they believe are fraudulent in any language can report such calls to the FCC. Complaints can be filed, at no cost through, the FCC Consumer Complaint Center (consumer complaints.FCC.gov). Customers dial the number given to them by the company, their PIN, the destination number and the number they wish to appear as the caller ID. The call is bridged or transferred and arrives with the spoofed number chosen by the caller thus tricking the called party.
Spoofing can be legal. Under the Truth in Caller ID Act, FCC rules prohibit any person or entity from transmitting misleading or inaccurate caller ID information with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongly obtain anything of value. If no harm is intended or caused, spoofing is not illegal.
