Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Submit your FAFSA without signatures. Your application will be partially processed without signatures, and you will receive a Student Aid Report (SAR) within 3-5 days. In order for your FAFSA to fully process, you'll need to return later to sign electronically.

The fastest way for you (the parent) to sign your FAFSA is electronically with your own FSA ID. There are two other, slower options to sign the FAFSA: Print a signature page, sign it, and mail it to the address on the page. Your student's application will be processed once your signature is received.
You must have a Social Security number to get an FSA ID. If you (the parent) have an FSA ID but do not remember your username or verified e-mail address, click Forgot Username. Note: Your FSA ID e-mail address may be different from your FAFSA e-mail address.
The most common cause of this problem is that you accidentally listed your date of birth incorrectly on either your FAFSA or on the FSA ID site. If the two don't match, you will get this loop. The other common issue is accidentally using your parent's FSA ID when the student is signing and vice versa.
Select New > Sign a Document, and then upload the PDF you need to design. Step 3. Select Sign, and then drag your electronic signature from the left pane into the PDF.
