Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. Thank you.

Some reasons usually offered to explain the persistence of gender inequality include large abstractions: patriarchy, capitalism, male self-interest, misogyny, religion.
The gender pay and pension gaps, 16.3% and 38% respectively, put older women in particular at risk of poverty and social exclusion which creates barriers to health services. Further, gender role conflicts, total workload, and unpaid work have potential adverse effects on women's wellbeing and long-term health.
The most common grounds on which discrimination is prohibited, are gender, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, age, disability, sexual orientation or language.
The effects of racial, sexual, and religious discrimination have both mental and physical consequences such as: depression, stress and anxiety. The three most prominent effects of discrimination are Inferiority, fear, and anger. Inferiority is a major issue when discussing the effects of discrimination.
The economic reasons include, earning of power as men as are the main income-earners, potential pensions, as when the girl is married she would part ways with her family and the most important one, the payment of dowry.
Gender issues include all aspects and concerns related to women's and men's lives and situation in society, to the way they interrelate, their differences in access to and use of resources, their activities, and how they react to changes, interventions and policies.
Damage from gender discrimination can also extend to personal relationships and reputation (this is especially true when sexual harassment is the issue) and can even lead to mental or physical problems.
Gender equality makes our communities safer and healthier Unequal societies are less cohesive. They have higher rates of anti-social behavior and violence. Countries with greater gender equality are more connected. Their people are healthier and have better wellbeing.
Sexual harassment, catcalling Harassment and catcalling on the street are prime examples of how women's right to walk freely around their environment is restricted. The normalization of harassment and inaction of bystanders and authorities perpetuate this form of discrimination and limit women's freedom.
GENDER DISCRIMINATION DEFINED. Gender discrimination is unequal or disadvantageous treatment of an individual or group of individuals based on gender. Sexual harassment is a form of illegal gender discrimination.
Sex discrimination involves treating someone (an applicant or employee) unfavorably because of that person's sex. Discrimination against an individual because of gender identity, including transgender status, or because of sexual orientation is discrimination because of sex in violation of Title VII.
Some examples of treatment that could be gender discrimination include: not being hired, or being given a lower-paying position because of your sex (for example, when an employer refuses to hire women, or only hires women for certain jobs)
Gender bias is a preference or prejudice toward one gender over the other. Bias can be conscious or unconscious, and may manifest in many ways, both subtle and obvious. In many countries, eliminating gender bias is the basis of many laws, including those that govern workplaces, family courts, and even the voting booth.
Results of content analysis indicate that gender discrimination in HRD have four forms of manifestation, namely occupational gender segregation, employment gender discrimination, glass ceiling, and gender salary discrimination.
Gender inequality Some common inequalities that take place in the workplace are the gender-based imbalances of individuals in power and command over the management of the organization. In the workplace the men usually hold the higher positions and the women often hold lower paid positions such as secretaries.
