In General, this product works pretty well and is easy to use. There are some issues with AOL not recognising the fillable form or adding a random.jpeg or .png after the.pdf.

What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)
What do you dislike?
I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.

I work in HR so I use it for onboarding: signing new contracts, responsibility agreements, etc. It makes it easier to track everyone's progress and create a digital contractor file

What I really like about the program is…
What I really like about the program is that we have a lot of issues and it was able to handle them all! My husband plays music at church which is a standard business. He is opening an LLC which we need to do several forms which most places do not handle including the 1120s, the k1, and so many others. The pdfFiller has handled them all!

I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. How do I save a Word document as a PDF without losing quality?
In Word, click File, Options.
Click Advanced, scroll down to Image Size and Quality.
Turn off Discard editing data.
Select Do not compress images in file.
Select Set default target output to 220 PPI.
Save the changes.
Why can't I save a Word document as a PDF?
When you get this error when trying to save Word Doc as PDF, you will need to use Save As from the drop-down option before you click Save. Make sure that you choose the PDF option in the “Save As” window.
