It's an awesome program. The only problem is that this form is used with all insurance companies and the top should be blank for that particular company to fill in their name.

It has been very helpful. The user interface is not difficult to navigate. I am cancelling only because I do not have the volume of documents to warrant the cost. But when this changes I will certainly return.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Select File > New. Select Custom > Custom Office Templates to find your template. Select your template, and then click Create.
Navigate to Slide Master view. From the Slide Master tab, click the Insert Layout command. A new slide layout will appear. The layout will include Title and Footer placeholders by default. Click the bottom half of the Insert Placeholder command, then select the desired placeholder type.
PowerPoint 2013 uses a different default location for saving templates than earlier versions. PowerPoint 2007 and PowerPoint 2010 store templates in the “C:\\Users\\(username)\\Appear\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Templates” folder in Windows 7 and Windows Vista, where “(username)” is your Window signing name.
While in the Slide Master view, click File > Save As. Type a name for your template. Under Format, set it to PowerPoint Template. Finally, click Save.
Change an existing layout On the View tab, in the Master Views group, click Slide Master. In the pane that contains the slide masters and layouts, click the layout that you want to edit. Edit the layout. Note: If the edits you make to a layout changes the purpose of the original layout, rename the layout.
