Schedule Contact Text: make editing documents online a breeze

The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most common document format for a variety of reasons. It's accessible on any device to share them between desktops and phones with different screen resolution and settings. PDF files will appear the same, whether you open them on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

Data safety is the main reason professionals in the business and academic world choose PDF files to share and store information. That’s why it’s essential to get a secure editing tool, especially when working online. Apart from password protection features, some platforms give you access to an opening history to track down people who read or completed the document.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows to create, edit, sign, and send PDF directly from your browser tab. Convert an MS Word file or a Google sheet, start editing its appearance and add some fillable fields to make it a singable document. Forward it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and completes it.

Use editing features such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add and edit visual content. Change a document’s page order. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Collaborate with other users to complete the fields. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Browse for your document with the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
Add input fields if you need any: pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
When finished editing, click the 'Done' button and save or email your document.

Easy to use. I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use. UI looks a bit sophisticated, but it does what you need. Sometimes the support service takes a long time
