It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. This is only used once in awhile. Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well. This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Can you highlight a secured PDF?

Hi, I am sorry, but there is no way to highlight a locked PDF until and unless you do not unlock it. For the security reasons PDF' are locked. You could just view a locked PDF.
