Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time. Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

Click a bullet in a list to select all the bullets. Click the down arrow next to the bullet icon.
In Microsoft Word you can press the TAB key to move bullets to the right. Then you can press TAB again followed by BACKSPACE to move the bullet back again (to the left).

Click the File tab, and then click Options. In the Proofing category, click AutoCorrect Options. On the Autocrat As You Type tab, select Set left and first indent with tabs and backspaces. Click OK twice.
Click and drag your cursor over the bullets to move backward to highlight them. Click the lower of the two small gray arrows on the ruler at the top of the PowerPoint screen. Drag the arrow to the left. The bullets themselves move backward, but the text backs up only slightly.
Click one of the alignment options, which are small icons with tiny lines, in the “Paragraph” section of the ribbon/toolbar. Click the “Right Alignment” button to right-align the bullets, click the “Center Alignment” button to center the bullets.
