How do I send my transcripts to CCA?
To have your civilian college credit reviewed for application to your CCA degree program, request your school send an official transcript to Community College of the Air Force (CCA). E-transcripts should be emailed to: ccaf.etranscript@us.af.mil.
Does CCA accept electronic transcripts?
CCA accepts only official transcripts from civilian institutions. Students will need to select Community College of the Air Force or type ccaf.etranscript@us.af.mil as the receiving institution. Electronic transcripts will only be accepted from these vendors.
Where can I get my CCA transcripts?
Students can order an official CCA transcript by logging on to Air Force Virtual Education Center (AFV EC) from a . Mil computer. Under “Self Service”, select “CCA Student Services”. Proceed to CCA Online Student Services and select “Order a Transcript” from the Transcripts dropdown.

How long does it take for CCA to send transcripts?
CCA Mailing No Cost A written request is typically processed 10-15 days after being received. Mail a written request with the following information on it: Student Name, Full SSN, DOB, Phone Number, Email address and address to which the transcript is to be mailed.
