Found the forms that I needed and that were only available in paper in my area. So great to be able to fill them out online, check the information for accuracy and print when everything is in order. :)

Title separators are the symbols, punctuation, and other characters used to distinguish between various parts of the page title. For example, a title may include the blog name, post title and blog description, with each element separated by a hyphen.
Write unique titles for every page. Every page on your website is unique and your title tags should reflect that. Pay attention to length. Use your target keyword (but don't overdo it). Be descriptive of what's on the page. Make a (brief) case for what's on the page.
What are SEO titles tags? (and why are they important?) A title tag is the HTML element used to specify the title of a webpage. Its primary job is to tell visitors and search engines what they can expect from the web page (in the shortest and most concise way possible).
Site Title. The Site Title appears across the top of every page of a site. From any page, visitors can click on the Site Title to return to the Home Page. The site title might be the name of your company or organization, or a brief description of the organization, or a combination of the two.
Length: Title tags should be 50-60 characters long, including spaces. Keyword placement: Your most important keywords need to be first in your title tag, with your least important words coming last. Brand name: If your company name is not part of the important keyword phrases, put it at the end of the title tag.
Write short Titles. Identify your Keywords. The important goes first. Use targeted keywords. Be descriptive. Create unique titles. Avoid Keyword Stuffing.
What does Yoast SEO automatically do? Without doing anything, Yoast SEO will generate an SEO title based on the title of your post, the H1 heading. It will also put your site's name in the SEO title. If you don't put your site's name in your SEO title, Google will do this for you.
Login to your WordPress site. Navigate to the Yoast SEO Plugin. Click on Search Appearance on the left side of the menu. Navigate to Archives along the top of the page. Change the SEO title and Meta description
