Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Click on the 'SendToSign' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

In the 'SendToSign' window, click on the 'Serial Routing' tab.

Add recipients by entering their email addresses in the 'Recipient' field. You can add multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.

Set the signing order by dragging and dropping the recipients in the desired sequence. The recipient at the top will be the first to sign, followed by the next recipient, and so on.

Customize the email message that will be sent to the recipients by editing the 'Message' field. You can personalize the message and provide any additional instructions if needed.

Optionally, you can enable reminders and expiration dates for the document by toggling the respective switches.

Once you have added all the recipients and customized the settings, click on the 'Send' button to send the document for digital signature.

Each recipient will receive an email notification with a link to access the document and sign it. They will be able to sign the document in the order specified.

As each recipient signs the document, you will receive a notification and the document will move to the next recipient in the signing order.

Once all recipients have signed the document, you will receive a final notification and the signed document will be available in your pdfFiller account.
