The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

The application i sy to use and functions very well. I have had no issues with the app. Would like to know what "Host a Fillable Form"s. Opens an "Employment Agreement" when I click on it.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A serial interface is a communication interface between two digital systems that transmits data as a series of voltage pulses down a wire. A “1" is represented by a high logical voltage and a “0" is represented by a low logical voltage.
A port, or interface, that can be used for serial communication, in which only 1 bit is transmitted at a time. A serial port is a general-purpose interface that can be used for almost any type of device, including modems, mice, and printers (although most printers are connected to a parallel port).
A serial port is male in gender, and has either 9 pins or 25 pins. The shape of the port is slightly D-shaped. A serial computer port may be used for a mouse, external modem, scanner, or other linking software such as for a personal data assistant (PDA). Only very old computers have a 25-pin serial port.
That serial port is what's called the console port. It is used to access the router console for administration and configuration. This cable is called a Most Cable, and has a DB9 connector on one end and an RJ45 on the other. This cable is also called a Rollover Cable.
There are many ways to connect two routers back-to-back. 1: Connect through Ethernet ports: use a crossover cable to directly connect the routers together through two Ethernet ports. 2: Connect through serial ports: use a DCE/DUE cable to connect the serial ports.

A Dell PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) serial port is a printed circuit board expansion card that fits inside a Dell computer, to provide a serial connection between the computer motherboard's PCI bus, and external hardware that utilizes serial signals.
The key difference between a serial (or parallel) port on a computer and an Ethernet port is what you're connecting. Ethernet on the other hand is only network connection used for much larger networks permitting other devices and computers to communicate with each other over very long distances.
Ethernet networking interface refers to a circuit board or card installed in a personal computer or workstation, as a network client. A networking interface allows a computer or mobile device to connect to a local area network (LAN) using Ethernet as the transmission mechanism.

Step 1: Strip the Serial Cable. Step 2: Map the 9 Pin Holes to Inner Cables Using Multimeter. Step 3: Remove Unnecessary Inner Wires. Step 4: Strip the Ethernet Cable. Step 5: Determine Designated Inner Wires for Ethernet Cable. Step 6: Remove Unnecessary Inner Wires From Ethernet.
The RS-232 Standard Although RS-232 does not specify connector configurations, two have become de facto standards: DB25 (a 25-pin connector, in which usually no more than 10 wires are used), and DB-9 (a 9-pin connector, in which usually all 9 wires are used).
In summary, no, a serial port is not a video port and there is no way to use a monitor of any kind to it (even a 9-pin monitor, let alone 15-pin one). Since it does not have onboard video, you will need to install a video-card. A 9 pin serial port is a communication port and CANNOT be used for a monitor.
Download and install the Serial Port Monitor. Start a new monitoring session. Select the view mode to be used from among Table, Line, Dump, and Terminal view. Select Start monitoring now or Start in a new window. Specify the events you want to capture in the Capture options menu.
You can't capture traffic of a COM port (serial Port) on Windows with Wireshark, as the capturing library (Winesap) does not support this. BTW: There seems to be a way to capture serial port traffic with Wireshark and named pipes. However, you would need a helper tool.
