This application saves me significant amounts of valuable time in the clinic The most desirable feature of this application is the time that it saves on recurrent clinical and axillary paperwork for my clients The most tedious aspect is searching for past documents which dont seem to search by just part of the title

You can file an application to register your copyright either online via the U.S. Copyright Office's website or by mailing a paper application. The Copyright Office will then issue a certificate of registration once it receives your completed application along with the filing fees and copies of the image.
Do-It-Yourself Copyright Registration Fill in the online form (between about 8 and 12 screens of information). Pay the government filing fee of $35 or $55 with your credit card. Upload a copy of your copyrighted work (many formats are supported. You can also mail it in if you really prefer that method).
We will be showcasing how to register a single photograph with a single author, which has a total fee of $35. For collections of work, works created by multiple authors, or if any special handling is required, your fees may vary. We begin by visiting the official United States Copyright Office website.
The registration fee to copyright a logo is $39, and the cost to send a paper application form is $65.
Copyright is actually a group of rights: the right to display an image or photo, the right to make, sell or distribute copies of it and the right to create adaptations or derivative works based upon the image or photo.
Watermark. Open your photo editing software. Copyright Notice. Add a copyright notice to your image that includes your name, the copyright symbol and the year of first publication. Creative Commons License. Browse to the non-profit Creative Commons.org to publish your image under its license.
You can register just one photograph, or a whole body of published work. Visit the U.S. Copyright Office website to get started. It will cost you $35 to register a single work online, and $50 to register through the mail. The cost may vary depending on how many photos you're filing at once.
If you want to use an image that's copyright protected, first get a license or permission to use it from the creator. If you commit copyright infringement, you could be liable to pay damages to the copyright owner. Creative Commons images are protected by copyright and require appropriate attribution.
