I have used PDF filler a couple of times and so far I love it! Just a little suggestion, maybe you can add/give the option to be able to change the size of the fonts without having to add a text box where there is already one to fill (does it make sense?). Thank you!

The answer is yes. It is important to be aware that when agreeing to a written contract, it does not need to be signed by both parties to be legally binding. However, the Judge in the Commercial Court ruled that regardless of signatures, the contract was still binding.
A written contract must be signed by both parties to be legally enforceable. However, some types of oral contracts are also valid and do not require signatures from either party.
You can claim compensation for breach of contract in an employment tribunal or county court. You can only claim pay for the notice period the contract says the new employer should have given you. If you don't have a right to contractual notice, you can claim 'reasonable notice', which is 1 week.
