Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Note: the I-983 Training Plan does not need to be submitted to USCIS (unless USCIS requests a copy during STEM OPT extension processing). You should keep a copy of the plan for your own records, and ISS also keeps a copy.
You can apply up to 90 days before your post-completion EAD expiration date. Students may continue to work for up to 180 days after your current EAD expires while your OPT Extension application is pending with USCIS, as long as you have filed your application on time.
Employers and the Form I-983. DHS requires that the STEM OPT student and employer work together to complete the Form I-983. Properly completing this form will successfully document the relationship between the STEM OPT opportunity, the academic degree received and the learning objectives of the F-1 student.
Until that time, DHS may require the submission of the Form I-983 to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or USCIS when the student seeks certain benefits from USCIS, such as when the student files a Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, during a STEM OPT extension.
Make it easy to use. Ensure that the information your evaluation form seeks is clear and concise. Determine the focus of the form. There needs to be a clear purpose. Establish a clearly defined rating scale.
Choose your topic. Develop your thesis statement. Consider the criteria used to make your judgement. Gather supporting evidence or material to establish your view point.
The Evaluation Essay. The purpose of an evaluation essay is to demonstrate the overall quality (or lack thereof) of a particular product, business, place, service or program. For example, if you are evaluating a restaurant, you want to establish the criteria (quality of food, service, price, cleanliness, etc.)
Start with your best employees. By starting your evaluations with these individuals, you can clearly define, for yourself, the actual meaning of excellent performance. Write first, rate later. Think while writing. Consider how it will be read.
Highlight the highlights. Don't forget about achievements made early on in the performance review period. Don't be stuffy. Solicit feedback from coworkers. Be objective. Don't use the self-review as a bargaining chip. Use appropriate language.
Think of a purpose. Gather the most important details of the evaluation to be included in the report. Know the audience of your report. Divide the report into different sections. Write in a clear manner. Proofread your report.
