Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Open the document you want to add signatories to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Sign' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

In the 'Sign' tab, click on the 'Signatory INFO' option.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. Click on the 'Add Signatory' button.

Fill in the required information for the signatory, such as their name, email address, and role.

Click on the 'Save' button to add the signatory to the document.

Repeat steps 4 to 6 to add more signatories if needed.

Once all signatories are added, you can rearrange their order by dragging and dropping them in the sidebar.

To remove a signatory, click on the 'X' button next to their name in the sidebar.

After adding all the signatories, click on the 'Done' button to save the changes.

You can now proceed to send the document for signing by clicking on the 'Send' button in the toolbar.

So simple to use I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again..
