I found it a bit difficult to navigate text changes and then the printed format is not the correct size needed for the IRS. I had to spend time reopening on desktop to make changes and print.

All good. However it would be nice to be able to move the type up and down when placed on the page rather than have to keep placing the type symbol in a spot where you think it will fit on the line.

Signing: agreement between national delegations Together they agree on the terms that will bind the signatory states. Once they reach agreement, the treaty will be signed, usually by the relevant ministers. By signing a treaty, a state expresses the intention to comply with the treaty.
Treaty power is a coordinated effort between the Executive branch and the Senate. The President may form and negotiate, but the treaty must be advised and consented to by a two-thirds vote in the Senate. Only after the Senate approves the treaty can the President ratify it.
Ratify/Ratification: 'Ratification' is an act by which a State signifies an agreement to be legally bound by the terms of a particular treaty. To ratify a treaty, the State first signs it and then fulfills its own national legislative requirements.
Ninety days has been adopted in many treaties. On the other hand, accession (or adherence) is the method by which a State becomes a party to a treaty it is not a signatory. In some cases, after ratification, the law requires some treaties to be domesticated before they can have force of the law.
A country may become a party to a treaty through more than one path. When a country ratifies a treaty, it makes the terms of the treaty legally binding, once the treaty's requirements for entry into force are met. For example, the U.S. has signed the Kyoto Protocol, but not ratified it.
Once the treaty has been signed, each state will deal with it according to its own national procedures. After approval has been granted under a state's own internal procedures, it will notify the other parties that they consent to be bound by the treaty. This is called ratification.
Once they reach agreement, the treaty is signed. Treaties require parliamentary approval. If parliament gives its approval, ratification will follow. The negotiations that precede a treaty are conducted by delegations representing each of the states involved, meeting at a conference or in another setting.
A written contract signed by individuals who have the authority to bind the corporation to the agreement is one example of ratification. Contracts describe the specific obligations and rights of an arrangement and allow a party to seek legal action if the other party breaches the agreement.
Ratification. Ratification defines the international act in which a state indicates its consent to be bound to a treaty if the parties intended to show their consent by such an act.
When a constitutional amendment is voted into law, it is said to be ratified, or formally accepted. It comes from the Medieval Latin artifice, which meant "to confirm or approve." The word ratified is somewhat formal, and is officially used in government proceedings or for contracts or treaties.
A convention becomes legally binding to a particular State when that State ratifies it. Signing does not make a convention binding, but it indicates support for the principles of the convention and the country's intention to ratify it.
The Convention was adopted and opened to signature on 23 May 1969, and entered into force on 27 January 1980. It has been ratified by 116 states as of January 2018. Some non-ratifying parties, such as the United States, recognize parts of it as a restatement of customary law and binding upon them as such.
Convention Law and Legal Definition. Convention refers to all kinds of agreements, compacts or treaties entered into by the nations, such as Geneva Convention. Convention is mostly used to denote a deliberative assembly which amends, revises or helps in framing a constitution of a state.
What is a Treaty? Under international law, a “treaty" is any legally binding agreement between nations. In the United States, the word treaty is reserved for an agreement that is made “by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate” (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution).
