Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

The use of digital signatures is now mandatory, if you do not have the digital signature you will receive a penalty in your account: the penalty is the difference between the current daily balance and the balance at the start of the year (ex. With a copy of the signed authorization, you can easily send the paper form with your printed authorization to your recipient's e-mail address. Once the recipient gets the copy of signed authorization, the signature can be added to the authorization before you do the email transfer. No Need Inventing Entire Forms When signing paper forms, fill in everything except the signature. Automated Signature Processing When the recipient of the signed authorization emails it, the signature will be automatically added to the signature request. Manually Attach A Signature When you sign the authorization form online as a PDF and attach a Signature Request form, no signature is required.
