Where is the drain on a hot tub?
Facing the main controls of your hot tub, you should see a drain cap at the bottom of the spa.
Screw your garden hose onto the nozzle.
There is a small knob on the drain valve that you can turn to start the flow of water, which drains by gravity.
How do you drain a hot tub with a hose?

How do you unclog a hot tub?
Put on a pair of rubber cleaning gloves. Unscrew the Jacuzzi drain and remove it, if possible.
Drop three tablets of Alka-Seltzer into the drain, then pour in 1 cup of white vinegar.
Run warm-to-hot water down the drain for about 30 seconds.
If the clog remains, use an un-bent metal hanger to remove obstructions.
