mostly quite a good thing. I would like to know how to move text after you've placed it on the page, though. That needs to be more intuitive if it's possible.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A termination of tenancy is different from an eviction. A termination is the landlord ending the rental agreement and asking the tenant to vacate the rental unit. An eviction is the actual court process and lawsuit to have a tenant removed from the property if they fail to leave.
Moving out of a rental before the lease ends is referred to as breaking your lease. Breaking your lease can hurt your credit score, especially if you don't pay the leftover balance when you move out. Working with your landlord to break your lease can help you avoid damaging your credit.
Check your lease agreement for an early termination clause. Evaluate the consequences of early termination and decide whether it's worth it. Determine if you have a legal reason to break a lease. If you cannot legally break your lease, determine how to get out of your lease with minimal losses.
If a tenant fails to pay rent, breaks a rule, or significantly damages the property, then it is considered breach of contract, and you have grounds for eviction. If there are people living in the unit that are not on the lease, then that is also breach of contract, and you have grounds to evict them.
Moving out of a rental before the lease ends is referred to as breaking your lease. Breaking your lease can hurt your credit score, especially if you don't pay the leftover balance when you move out. Working with your landlord to break your lease can help you avoid damaging your credit.
If a tenant receives a 30-day notice, it is NOT AN EVICTION. It means that the landlord no longer wishes to continue the tenancy, but it does not mean that the tenant has violated the lease, and it will not come up as an eviction on the tenant's rental history.
A landlord who wants to terminate or (end) a month-to-month tenancy can do so by properly serving a written California 30-day Eviction Notice to quit vacate on the tenant if the tenant has resided in the dwelling for less than one year or a 60-day notice if the for tenancies of more than one year.
The landlord and tenant can mutually agree to end the lease at any point. This agreement is called a mutual termination. The mutual termination is a negotiated agreement, and it can end the lease on whatever terms are agreeable to both parties. Neither party is required to agree to a mutual termination.
Look for loopholes in your lease agreement. Check the laws in your state. Prove to your landlord that the situation is out of your control. Figure out if your landlord could earn more by letting you leave. Make it clear that a lease break would improve the leasing schedule. Lay out the alternatives. Claim illegal entry.
Negotiate with your landlord You can end your fixed term tenancy early if you reach a mutual agreement with your landlord. This is known as a surrender. If you have a joint tenancy agreement, all tenants will need to agree to the surrender.
Understand the potential penalties. The landlord tenant laws that allow you to break a lease are different from state to state. Check your lease. Talk to your landlord about breaking a lease. Offer to help find a new tenant. Consider subletting to avoid breaking a lease.
An early termination fee is typically two months' worth of rent. Any more would be considered excessive by courts. Many early terminations of lease clauses include an early termination fee.
Trespassing or harassment from your landlord or property manager is considered a legal reason to break your lease. Read more about these common ways to legally break a lease to see if any of the circumstances above are applicable to your situation.
Your Tenants Are Left High and Dry If a tenant complains of a needed repair, your property manager should let you know immediately and then arrange for the job to get done in a timely manner. If your tenant contacts you because they can't get any help from your property manager, it's time to fire this manager.
A tenant must give at least 21 days' written notice to end the tenancy, unless the landlord agrees to a shorter time. This agreement should be in writing. A landlord must give at least 90 days' written notice to end the tenancy. Landlords can give less time (at least 42 days' notice) in some cases.
