Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

Don't quite understand how it works as I am not a computer person except to do genealogy, and write. One cannot operate a computer without it. At least this is what I'm finding out. It all seems automatic, I would like to know more about it's function, Why's and what-fores, instead of just logging on and it appears. All I know is that it is a major function for downloading photographs and some documents. There should be a tutorial offered to those who are senior citizens and so many things are automatic. It takes understanding its function to a non-software-computer person. Guess more instruction would help.

Can I submit handwritten 1099 forms to the IRS? Yes. Although handwritten forms are acceptable, they must be completely legible and accurate to avoid processing errors. Use black ink, block print and not script characters.

Can forms 1099Int and 1096 be submitted handwritten to the IRS? You can also pick up a limited number of paper Forms at your local IRS-Taxpayer Assistance Center (TAC).
To fill out 1099-MISC forms by hand, the forms can't simply be printed and filled in. Approved forms need to be ordered from the IRS or bought at an office supply store.

They might be available in your local store, or you can usually order them online. Make sure you use the 2019 version of Form 1099-MISC for 2019 payments, NOT the 2020 version! To order official IRS information returns, which include a scalable Copy A for filing with the IRS and all other applicable copies of the form, visit www.IRS.gov/orderforms.
If you filed a 1099-Misc form with the IRS and you discover an error, correct the error as soon as possible. Then send the corrected form (Copy A) and Form 1096 to the IRS and furnish a correct statement to the recipient.
If you made a mistake, you need to know how to correct a 1099 form. Corrected 1099-MISC forms must be submitted to the IRS, independent contractor, and state agencies (if applicable). And, you will need to correct Form 1096.
If there is a mistake, call the client immediately and request a corrected Form 1099. The client may not have filed the 1099 with the IRS yet, because they are not due until February 28th (March 31st if filed electronically). If the 1099 has been filed with the IRS, ask the client to send the IRS a corrected 1099.
The Internal Revenue Service requires most payments of interest income to be reported on tax form 1099-INT by the person or entity that makes the payments. If you receive a 1099-INT, you may not have to pay income tax on the interest it reports, but you may still need to report it on your return.
You can order physical, blank 1099 forms from the IRS for free, but it may take 10 business days or longer (2+ weeks) to arrive. Here is the IRS.gov order page. You'll need at a minimum, Form 1099-MISC and Form 1096. You then fill out and print both forms yourself and mail it out.
