I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

Generally, photographers can publish photos of people on social media with or without a model release. However, it is advisable to not turn the posting into an advertisement for your services. Now you're using their likeness in an advertising medium, and you should be aware that a model release may be required.
Use business letterhead paper to create the document. State who owns the copyright. Describe and name the images(s) to be released. Explain the release usage.
An image release form is required when the image will be used for commercial purposes. If so, you definitely need a picture release form. If the image is being used for editorial purposes, accompanying a news article or journalism piece, a standard photo release form isn't necessary.

Form refers to when shape takes on three dimensions. Form is created by shadows and highlights on an object in the photograph. Silhouettes are two-dimensional and they are shapes. When the light moves to the side or front of your subject, that creates shadows and highlights, giving the subject form.
Shape: A shape is two-dimensional. Yes, a photograph itself is two-dimensional, but a shape in a photograph doesn't have any appearance of depth. Often, to make a 3D object appear to have no depth, front or back lighting is used. Pattern: When lines, shapes or forms repeat, they create a pattern.
Regular shapes such as circles, squares and triangles with even sides convey a sense of order and stability. Irregular shapes such as rectangles, skewed triangles, parallelograms and ovals can give a photograph the illusion of motion or simply make it seem more dynamic.
Form and shape define objects situated in space. The basic difference, though, between shape and form is that form is in 3D while shape is plain 2D. The latter is simply defined by lines. When you see typical art drawn on simple drawing, printing, or painting surface, you immediately see shapes.
What is the difference between shape and form? A shape is flat and is limited to two dimensions; Forms are objects with three dimensions.
A form is a three-dimensional figure as opposed to a shape, which is two-dimensional, or flat. In paintings or drawings, for instance, form is implied because it's an illusion of three dimensions. With sculpture, on the other hand, form is real because it takes up three-dimensional space.
