I like it but felt that my "free trial" was a bit of a scam. I spent hours on a document, learning your program but was unable to print it. I don't like being "forced" into purchasing a product.

Its a great tool. I use it and will continue to. The price seems steep but I bought it for a year, so I guess it's in my price range. Still wish it was cheaper. I'll admit I'm a penny puncher though. So I can be a cheap one.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Your invoice must include: a unique identification number. Your company name, address and contact information. The company name and address of the customer you're invoicing.
In and of itself, an invoice is not a legally binding agreement. The tenuous legal standing of an invoice is the very reason why vendors require signatures from the client, or some other binding form of acceptance, before sending out a product. The accountability works both ways for an invoice.
Yes, invoices can be rejected by the buyer. Invoices are commonly rejected if they are received by the wrong person or entity, if it has already been paid, or if the goods or services are not received.
Sole proprietorship is the easiest and most common structure chosen to start a business. It is run by one individual with no distinctions made between you, the owner, and your business. In the United States of America, you are automatically a sole proprietor and are therefore free to invoice clients as necessary.
Invoices are a legal necessity. They are required to keep track of business expenses, sales, customer payments, and outstanding debts.
It is, in effect a statute of limitations that applies to the payment of invoices and how long a creditor can chase a debtor for non-payment of an invoice. It might surprise many companies that unpaid invoices, under a simple contract, can be legitimately chased for up to 6 years.
You should send an invoice before receiving payment. An invoice is giving your client the information necessary to complete the payment, so having it before is beneficial to both parties.
It's common to ask clients to pay anytime between 10 and 60 days after they receive an invoice; if you've been expecting your client to pony up immediately upon receipt, you may want to think about their needs. While it's great to get paid promptly, not everyone can cut a check the moment they get a bill.
Make every invoice number unique you can start from any number you want. Assign sequential invoice numbers. Assign invoice numbers in chronological way. Structure invoice numbers any way you want, you may: use only numbers 001, 002, 003 etc., include Customer Name CN001, CN002, etc.
Establish clear expectations in the contract. Ask for a deposit. Include contact information and project specifics on the invoice. Include late payment terms on the invoice. Deliver the invoice promptly. Move clients to a retainer contract with recurring billing.
Request an Upfront Payment or Deposit. Invoice Your Client as Quickly as Possible. Offer a Retainer. Stick to a Regular Payment Schedule. Negotiate Clear Payment Terms Upfront.
An invoice is a list of products or services given to a client that includes the cost of those services. In other words, an invoice is a bill. You send an invoice to someone because they owe your business money. Invoices come in all shapes and sizes.
An invoice is an itemized list of products sold or services provided, along with the amount of money owed for each line item, and the total amount of money owed. An invoice is sent from the Miller to the client, in hopes of being paid within a certain amount of time.
The invoice establishes an obligation on the part of the purchaser to pay, creating an account receivable. Invoices are an important part of your business's bookkeeping and accounting record keeping system because they record sales transactions.
An invoice shows what products/services were purchased and when. It can also include quantity, price per item and descriptions of what was purchased. A billing statement shows what is past due. The important thing to know about the difference is the person receiving them should be able to knows which one to pay for.
