The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Once you've completed the check-in process, you can print your boarding pass, have it emailed to you (so you can show it at the airport on your mobile device), or access it in a mobile app. If you don't have access to a printer or a smartphone, you can print your boarding pass once you get to the airport as well.
Check in for your flight at least one hour before your scheduled departure. During check-in, select how you'd like to receive your mobile pass: email, text message or view in browser. Save the pass to your device. Present your mobile pass at security checkpoints and during boarding.
Book your reservations and purchase your ticket online, either through an airline website or on a travel-comparison site such as expedia.com, orbitz.com or travelocity.com. After the airline has charged your credit card, you'll receive a confirmation number by e-mail.
By its very name, an "Electronic Ticket", or an “E-ticket" is not a physical item - it's just an entry in a computer system. As a result, you do not need to physically present any specific document at time of check-in in order to get your boarding pass. So technically, no, you do not need to print anything out at all.
”Tickets" are now replaced by boarding passes, generally issued to you 24 hours in advance of the flight. You can print them off at home, or retain them on your phone, or print them off at the airport, either at a kiosk or at the “ticket" counter.
Step 1: Visit the online check-in page of the respective airline. Step 2: Enter your surname and booking reference/PNR to initiate your check-in. Step 3: Select the passengers you'd like to check in. You may be asked to enter advance passenger information if required by the destination country.
Online check-in is the process in which passengers confirm their presence on a flight via the Internet and typically print their own boarding passes. Depending on the carrier and the specific flight, passengers may also enter details such as meal options and baggage quantities and select their preferred seating.
Print your boarding pass at home or work by accessing AA.com . Print your boarding pass at the kiosk at the airport. Have an agent print your boarding pass at the AA counter at the airport.
Yes, you may check in for your American Airlines (AA) flight at the airport self-service kiosk from 45 minutes to 24 hours (5 hours for Miami) before the scheduled departure time (depending on your departure city and destination) and receive a printed boarding pass.
Printing a Boarding Pass Generally, airlines give passengers the option to print paper boarding passes themselves at home. Check in online within 24 hours of the flight and look for this option. Alternately, print boarding passes yourself from a self-serve kiosk at the airport.
Saving on Android app users (version 6.0 or higher) can check in and save their boarding pass directly to Google Pay from the app. While viewing the boarding pass on the app, tap the 'Save to Phone' button towards the top of the page.
Once you've completed the check-in process, you can print your boarding pass, have it emailed to you (so you can show it at the airport on your mobile device), or access it in a mobile app. If you don't have access to a printer or a smartphone, you can print your boarding pass once you get to the airport as well.
Passengers have an online web check-in window of 24 hours up until 1 hour before flight departure for domestic flights or 24 hours up until 2 hours before flight departure for international flights. These boarding passes must be printed prior to arriving at the airport.
Airport: Print your boarding pass at the airport at one of the self-service kiosks, or at the check-in counter. All you need to bring is your confirmation code, confirmation email, credit card and ID, or passport.
You can use your mobile boarding pass at most airports. Find your airport, then look under 'Airport details' to see if mobile boarding passes are available. If not, you can print a boarding pass before you head to the airport or from any self-service kiosk once you're there.
