Cut the paper trail and faxing Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button. This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete. You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

How to open a basic bank account? You'll usually need to open it in a bank's branch, as these accounts don't tend to have online applications. When you go to the branch, you will need to fill in an application form, and also to show the bank some ID, and a proof of address.
If you're struggling with a bad credit score, you may instead be recommended a basic bank account. Many providers will allow you to open a basic bank account online, however, some may require you to visit a branch, apply on the phone, or via post.
When you might be refused a basic bank account They might refuse to open a new basic bank account if: You can't provide proof of ID or address. You could get another account, for example a standard current account. You refuse a credit check (although you don't have to pass one)
Simple is a bank account that lets you pay bills, budget for goals, and keep your banking relationship, relatively, well, simple. Launched in 2009, Simple is a part of BBVA Compass, allowing for FDIC insurance on your deposits.
Your Simple account works just like a standard checking account. Your account can accept wires and direct deposits, and it supports pre-authorized withdrawals and interbank transfers through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network.
Yes, as others have said, Simple is indeed a debit card that runs on a prepaid platform. There are similar products (like Bluebird) that offer a reloadable prepaid card with ATM access and the like. This means that your money is in an FDIC-insured account that you own, which is a critical part of Simple.
Today online banking startup Simple announced the first Android version of its app, which is designed to replace traditional personal banking with an online-only experience. The app allows customers to see their balance at a glance, find nearby ATMs, deposit checks, as well as view and categorize their past spending.
