Step 1: Install SignMyPad on your Android device. Step 2: Open a PDF from your e-mail or downloaded files. Step 3: Click the Add button in the top right-hand corner and select signature from the pop-up list. Step 4: Sign your name in the box that pops up and click Done.

Launch Settings from your Home screen. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Tap Signature under the Mail section. Tap Per Account. Tap the end of the existing Signature. Tap the delete button to delete the existing text. Type your new Signature.
Open a new email message. On the Message menu, select Signature > Signatures. Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature. Under Edit signature, compose your signature.
Sign up for a free trial at DocuSign, and then log in. Select New > Sign a Document, and then upload the Word document. Select Sign. Review the document, and then select Continue. Drag your electronic signature from the left pane, and drop it into the Word document.
Open an email as if you were replying to it. Head to the Message menu, select Signature, and then choose Signatures. Next, look under Select signature to edit, and choose New. Customize your signature and press Save.
Open Microsoft Outlook 2019 from the Start menu or from the taskbar. In Outlook 2019, click File > Options > Mail. Then, in the Outlook Options window under Mail tab, click Signatures in the Compose messages section. In the Signatures and Stationery window, click New to create your Outlook signature.
