I must admit, I'm very grateful to the leadership of this organization; and the quickness in resolving issues raised by subscribers, like me. This is my second year of being a part of this wonderful and truly a required program for someone like me in my Income Tax Preparation Organization. Your services is quality and the availability of your program is impeccable. Without you I would be lost trying to prepare 1099MISC for my small business clients. Thanks for your continued supports and availability of your support staffs.. Truly yours Max Taylor p.s I noticed that you have a Massachusetts phone number .. I'm actually from Cambridge, MA and attended Bentley(college) University in Waltam, where I studied Accounting&Finance and now runs my own tax preparations and financial services firm here in Northern Virginia.

My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

Split shift working is bad for your heart, say scientists. Workers who do combinations of night and day shifts are at greater risk from heart disease, diabetes and accidents caused by slow reactions, say two studies for the Health and Safety Executive.
People who work night shifts or rotating shifts also often don't sleep enough, and long-term sleep deprivation is known to be bad for health. Shift work also disrupts the body's circadian rhythms and causes them to become out of sync with the external environment and/or behavioral cycles.
Rotating workers allows each employee to take a turn in the less-desirable role, while also benefiting from several shifts in the preferred time slots. Another way rotations help the work culture is that employees get to interact with many more workers by moving about shifts.
Of the women who worked rotating night shifts for more than six years, 11 percent experienced a shortened lifespan. Risk of death by cardiovascular disease jumped by 19 percent for those who worked this way for six to 14 years and by 23 percent for those who did so for 15 years or more.
A split shift is a work schedule that is interrupted by non-paid and non-working time periods established by the employer. A minimum wage employee with a split shift schedule must be paid a split shift premium. The employee must be paid the premium each shift their daily schedule is split.
A split shift is a type of shift-work schedule where a person's work day is split into two or more parts. A regular break for rest or to eat meals does not count as a “split”. For example, a person may work from 05:00 to 09:00, take a break until 14:00 and then return to work until 19:00.
A typical split shift is separated by two or more hours. In a restaurant setting, for example, you might schedule a server from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (to cover the lunch rush) and again from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. (to cover the dinner service).
The time period between shifts needs to be longer than a bona fide meal period and needs to be within the same workday. The break between shifts cannot be a meal or rest break and must be to the benefit of the employer. If an employee requests the break for their own convenience, then it is not a split shift.
