For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
For example, there is no simple and direct way to change cell width without affecting the whole column. While it's easy to change the width a column, the only way to adjust Excel cell width for one cell and not the rest of the column is to merge the cell with one next to it.
You can not use a different width for different cells in the same column. However, if you do not set width for the column, it will look like below (like having cell width fitting the value). Column Width can be set by 2 methods: Cells > Format > (Column Width or Autofit Column Width or Default Width)
Use the format button The Format button in the cells group under the Home tab can also be used to adjust widths and heights. Simply select the cells that need to be adjusted, then click on the Format button and choose either Row Height or Column Width. Type in your desired number, and the cells will adjust.
Using AutoFit in Excel To use AutoFit, click a cell in the row or column you want to change. Within the ribbon menu, click “Home.” Under “Cells,” click the “Format” button. Under “Cell Size” click “AutoFit Column Width” or “AutoFit Row Height” as desired.
Double-click the cell that contains the data that you want to edit. Click the cell that contains the data that you want to edit, and then click anywhere in the formula bar. Click the cell that contains the data that you want to edit, and then press F2.
Select cell B5. Expand the selection to the current region (using Ctrl + Shift + 8) Type Alt + H to select the Home tab on the Excel ribbon. Type O to select the Format menu in the Cells sub-area. Type I to select autofit column width
