Select the table. Right-click the table and select Table Properties. In the Table tab, under Text Wrapping, click Around. Click the Positioning button. Under Horizontal, click the drop-down arrow in the Position box and select Center. Click the drop-down arrow in the Relative To box and select Page.
Click the "Layout" tab, click "Properties" in the Table group to bring up the dialog box, and then click the "Row" sheet tab to view the Row options. Click to add a tick in the check box next to "Allow row to break across pages" in the Options section. Click "OK" to save and close the Table Properties box.
