Can you send contracts through square?
Once you've prepared the template to fit the transaction, you can attach it to the invoice and send it to your customer. We've added a feature to Square Invoices that allows you to attach files, whether that's contracts, before/after images, bills of sale, or purchase orders (just make sure they're PDFs or jpgs).
Can you invoice through square?

What a contract should include?
Most contracts only need to contain two elements to be legally valid: All parties must be in agreement (after an offer has been made by one party and accepted by the other). Something of value must be exchanged -- such as cash, services, or goods (or a promise to exchange such an item) -- for something else of value.
What is a square invoice?
Square can do a lot of things. This morning, Square is launching a new invoicing system that it calls you guessed it Square Invoices. Like most things Square offers, Invoices is free to use (for an unlimited number of invoices, and without monthly fee) save for a 2.75% fee on credit/debit card payments.
How much does Square charge for invoice?

Should I collect signatures on Square?

More pertinently, though, Square sellers in the US and Canada can now skip collecting signatures on all card transactions.
Is there a limit on square transactions?
Square's only official transaction limit for merchants is $50,000 per month, but a lot of users have encountered issues at much lower levels. If you have a lot more sales than you usually do in a month, or you process a very large transaction, your account could be flagged or frozen.
Can you accept EBT with Square?
Most merchant services providers who support EBT payments can set you up with a bare-bones merchant account that's designed to only accept EBT payments. Simply use Square for your traditional debit and credit card purchases, and your EBT-only account for authorized EBT transactions.
Can you pre authorize on Square?
No, you can't with Square, as far as I know. You need an actual merchant account for this. With a pre-auth you can determine if the card in question is good for the amount you need. Pre-auths only last for 710 days depending on the issuing bank.
How do I pre authorize a credit card?
Let's start by clarifying exactly what a pre-authorization (commonly referred to as a "pre-auth") is. A credit card pre-authorization is much like any other charge to a credit card, except instead of actually debiting funds from the cardholder you just put a temporary "hold" on the funds that lasts for 5 days.
