Even if you hadn't used PDF for your documents before, you can switch to it anytime — it's easy to convert any format into PDF. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF instead of keeping its content in different file formats. It is also the best option if you want to control the layout of your content.

Though numerous online solutions provide PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding e-signatures, collaborating with others etc.

Use pdfFiller to annotate documents, edit and convert to many other formats; fill them out and put a signature, or send out to other users. All you need is in just one browser tab. I really like the program; however, when I save I get logged out. I have not been successful at using any form except the Offer to Purchase. I need addendums.

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software. Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs. Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it. May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.
