Go to Format > Font > Font. You can also press and hold. + D to open the Font dialog box. Select the font and size you want to use. Select Default, and then select Yes. Select OK.
Highlight the text you want to change. Click the down arrow next to the font field on the format bar or Ribbon. After clicking the down arrow for the font, you should be able to select from each of the installed fonts on your computer.
Go to Home, and then select the Font Dialog Box Launcher . Select the font and size you want to use. Select Set As Default. Select one of the following: This document only. All documents based on the Normal template. Select OK twice.
Select the text or cells with text you want to change. To select all text in a Word document, press Ctrl + A. On the Home tab, click the font size in the Font Size box. You can also type in any size you want, within the following limits:
