Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

If no one is available to sign, FedEx will deliver the package in a safe place without obtaining signature. FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address, from a neighbor or from a building manager. If no one is available to sign, FedEx will attempt to redeliver the package on another date.
Click the Sign for a Package option to sign for a package online. If it's grayed out, the package either doesn't require a signature or FedEx needs you to sign for it in person. For example, if a package's sender specified adult signature required, FedEx will need someone over 21 to sign for it in person.
UPS Signature Required If your package requires a signature, or if you are worried about leaving a package unattended on your doorstep, you can try leaving a note on your front door asking UPS to leave your package with a neighbor.
In most cases, you must be present and provide an adult signature to receive your package. If you are unavailable to sign for your package on any of those days, they will typically hold your package at a nearby UPS facility for 3-5 business days.
To see if your package requires a signature, go to FedEx® Tracking to track the status of your package. If a signature is required, a reference can be seen in the Shipment Facts section located at the bottom of the tracking screen.
There are a few times you need to sign. First — when the shipper requests a signature for confirmation. Third — when the package is from a shipper outside the USA, international deliveries require a signature. Fourth — when the contents are regulated such as, medications, alcohol or hazardous items.
Click the drop down arrow next to "Return Receipt Email". Enter your name and email address information into the appropriate fields. You will receive confirmation of your request. The USPS® will email the signature file to you.
A “Waiver of Signature" is initiated by the Sender and authorizes delivery of mail at the letter carrier's discretion (if area is secured and protected from weather) without obtaining the recipient's signature. Note: Waiver of Signature must be checked at time of mailing by the Sender. It cannot be amended in transit.
Signature Confirmation gives you the benefits of USPS® Tracking with an added level of security by requiring a signature from the person who accepts your package.
Signature Confirmation Provides the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery and the name of the person who signed for the item. You can request a printed copy of the signature. A lower price is available when you print Priority Mail postage from www.usps.com.
USPS Tracking is free when purchased at the Post Office. Some items cannot be sent with USPS Tracking of any kind. These items include periodicals, letters and flat pieces sent by First-Class Mail, Standard Mail letters, Enhanced Carrier Route Standard Mail pieces and mail paid with pre-canceled stamps.
Signature Confirmation costs $3.15 when purchased at a Post Office, and $2.65 when purchased electronically using online postage services such as Stamps.com.
The important feature to add if you want to know that someone actually received the piece of mail is the Signature Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is a feature you can ADD to a mail piece that you're mailing via Certified Mail. Certified Mail basically gives you a tracking number which is useless for anything.
If the sender has specified that an adult signature is required, you cannot authorize delivery release online. You can, however, redirect it to a UPS customer center. You could either have your package left at a UPS location, such as The UPS Store or a UPS Access Point® location, or change your instructions.
